A couple other roofing companies took up to a couple days to come to our house and then another few days to provide us with the quote. John gave us a quote right away and it was very reasonable. His customer service is over and beyond! He made sure we understood everything and were updated every step of the way. His crew was able to replace our roof within just a couple days and it looks AWESOME! We thought a brown roof would look good but we're really glad that we went with John's suggestion of charcoal. Booking an appointment with Paul was quick and easy. My wife and I were buying our first home and we wanted to find an inspector that is unbiased and trusting. A good friend of ours refereed Paul. I was told Paul was great and that he would complete the inspection in a timely manner and explain everything in great detail to you. During his inspection he found a fair amount of little issues and a couple major items that he highly recommended to deal with right away. He was constantly making us aware of safety and hazardous issues. A visible wire under the dishwasher to the spring on the garage door not working to the hand rail to the downstairs entrance. We found Paul to be very knowledgeable and professional. When he finished reviewing the entire inspection with us he walked us through the house to show us where all the main shut off valves were, important safety hazards and any questionable areas we wanted more information about.
