With the ice storm and power outage we had shut off the water for a couple of days. When power was restored on Christmas Eve we turned the valve back on, a spout of water shot out. We were able to get it down to a trickle and started calling plumbers at around 4pm. Rick was the 4th call or so and was immediately helpful - guiding us in the steps we needed, calling the city for outside shut off, etc. He waited over two hours for the city to show (no problem on our end as so many people needed support with the storm!) and fixed all of the issues we had quickly. Highly recommend this professional. We're in an old house, so I'm sure we'll use Rick again.

We hired Mike and crew to build a 3rd story deck and a new backyard gate. We met several good contractors that we would have been confident hiring, but I appreciated Mike's matter of fact professionalism from the get go, and we are very pleased with the end result. The job was done on time and they cleaned up completely, which I definitely appreciated! I highly recommend his company, and will be using him again when we remodel our kitchen.
