Alex arrived promptly and listened to my description of the problem - toilet flushing was backing up into the basement shower. He got out the snake/camera and got to work looking down one drain hole. The probe was able to identify the blockage before the main stack so Alex opened another cleanout to confirm. This time the probe cleared the blockage and the water started to drain. Once drained, the camera showed 3 roots that had got through cracks in the clay pipe and some grease. It was really helpful to see the extent of the problem and Alex suggested several longer term remedies that we will consider. A great service.
