I have a small garden that needed weeding and cleaning up overgrown plants. We agreed after some back and forth that Antonio would come on Friday between 1 and 2. No one showed up at the agreed upon time, and when I called Antonio he said he had two guys that were in the neighbourhood and would show up soon. They came at 4:30 pm (2.5 hours late). When the two guys eventually did show up, they didn't have any appropriate gardening tools. One of them didn't even have gardening gloves and I had to lend him my own pair. I also had to provide garden waste bags which normally all gardeners bring on site with them. They ended up cleaning the backyard but they left a bunch of overgrown plants on one side of the yard even though I was quite specific with them to clean it up.
I was willing to forgive them being late, and willing to lend them my gloves and gardening tools, but the thing I take issue with is that they didn't complete the job they were hired to do. I have a small patch of grass in the front yard that needed to be mowed. Unsurprisingly since they didn't have the appropriate tools, they also didn't have a lawn mower. I asked them to weed the patch of grass and the two guys didn't do that. Ultimately I paid them and they left. I contacted Antonio after they left and he apologized and said that their lawn mower broke and that he would send the guys back and get my front yard mowed and cleaned up. Since then I haven't heard anything back from Antonio. It's been 3 days and I've left Antonio a voicemail and also sent him a text.
I paid $200 for this service which is a lot of money if you see the size of my yard. The guys took the payment in cash and didn't complete the job. That's unacceptable and since they've already taken my cash all i can do is write this review and warn others who may be thinking of using their service.
There are a ton of other gardening services out there. These guys are not landscapers so definitely don't spend your money here.
