Sam was great - he was on time - he quickly discovered the problem - the parts were ordered right away and I never had to follow up with him - he was always in touch with me giving me updates - the work was done quickly and efficiently. I am so glad that I found Sam and I would definately recommend JSN Appliances.

Yesterday was my 6th service call on a brand new furnace. Someone came out right away (which was great) but could not fix the problem as new parts were required. The parts were to arrive later that day but never did. I was told that the parts would arrive on Saturday. When I called on Saturday I was told the parts department is closed for the weekend and that nobody could help me until Monday. I should not be spending my weekend freezing to death with a brand new hunk of junk furnace in my basement. Six servce calls later and the equipment still doesnt function like it should. thanks for nothing Reliance.
