Having some concerns about smells in my home, I contacted IAQ and arranged for Shawn to inspect my home. Shawn was punctual almost to the minute despite me requesting a re-schedule at the last minute. He did a thorough inspection of all levels of my home, and offered some great advice towards maintaining various higher-risk areas. He was a true professional while here, and was obviously extremely knowledgeable. He gave me the ease of mind I needed.
