I had CertaPro Painters of Waterloo paint a stairwell for me. Unfortunately, after the work was done, there were some areas where the paint had soaked in more than others, and I was not happy with the job. I contacted Art at CertaPro, and he immediately arranged for Keith the painter to return and give the stairwell another coat. It looks great now ! Art and Keith are great guys, and know a thing or two about customer service! I can't say enough good things about my experience with CertaPro Painters of Waterloo.

I recently purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Aire One. When installing the furnace, the central vac had to be removed. The salesman assured me in WRITING, that Aire One would re-install the vac, when the job was finished. Unfortunately, this was NOT done ! I tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to resolve this matter with the salesman. After some time, the general manager, Kevin G., called me, and resolved the issue in a professional, courteous manner. He immediately sent technicians, Jerry and Austin, to re-install my vac, which was a straight-forward job. Now, I'm a happy Aire One customer. Thanks, Kevin G., Jerry and Austin, for the work that you do !

I apologize for not being informed that we needed to return to your house and re-install the central vac. The minute I learned there was a problem we dispatched a crew to go to Guelph next morning and, just like you mention in your review, the job was done very fast.
