The previous owner of our house used Mersey Service Experts so we just continued their contract with them for furnace and air conditioning services. Generally, I like them and I’m comfortable with them but I have been finding that they are getting very busy and are often late. In January our furnace stopped working so I called the support line and of course had to wait a while. It took all day to get a part they needed to fix the furnace but it did get done. Also I would say their prices are just okay.
