Kanata Residence from Ottawa

I ordered two different granites from the samples in the showroom; dark color for my kitchen and an off white for 2 bathrooms. But the off white that they delivered is black and brown, look nothing like the sample. When I refused to accept that, the owner (senior) visited me, became very rude, threatened me verbally and refused to leave. He tried to bully me to accept the stone. He pointed to the fine print in the contract that there will be color variation. To me the sample is not a fair representation of what is delivered. Instead of giving customer a chance to confirm the actual stone before cutting, he chose confrontation and blamed the customer for everything. Stay away from this shop.
