James was courteous and completed the back fencing for me within a short amount of time. I followed up much later for an addition to the work done and James came back quickly and completed it well. I would consider hiring James in the future.

New installation went well - Good customer service
Both Alex the salesperson and Alex the installer were friendly and efficient at their jobs. The windows and side door are newly installed so I cannot speak to the actual long-term quality of the products, but so far, they look good and seem to be fine.

Alex is like none other! He was honest, efficient, Vey fairly priced and went well above and beyond to make sure our roof was repaired properly (after someone else didn't do the job right). I can't recommend him enough and will definitely spread the word to friends and family.

The drain motor pump was replaced. Quite an expensive fix, even though labour wasn't an hour, I was charged for the full hour. Not happy about that but the machine works better now.
