Garburator build-up clogged the kitchen sink to a point where it couldn't be flushed out without professional assistance. I called several service companies, but only Drainmasters could help out the same day, in fact within a few hours. The first plumber, Tom, showed up as promised and said he would be right up once he found parking, but unfortunately he left me hanging as he went to another job with better parking I suppose. Luckily, Tanya followed up quickly and coordinated another appointment. Dwayne was professional, efficient and knowledgable. He resolved the issue and provided some good maintenance tips to prevent future blockage. Overall, the service was great. To have same day service was a real benefit and I would definitely call again.
