Matt and his colleague arrived on time. They were both very courteous and explained the procedure. I have a cat, and they made me feel at ease with completing the procedure with having a cat in the house. They were very thorough and showed me the before and after photos. We moved in to a new home and the dust coming out of the vents was terrible. I arranged for Ottawa Duct Cleaning to come and clean all the ducts. They arrived on time, came fully prepared, were professional, and were very polite. They took off their boots, and even put mats down for their equipment to protect my new floors.
