A few days ago, our furnace stopped working and we called Direct Energy. They put a red tag on it and send their sale representative who gave us a quote for a new furnace. After looking at homestars.com we decided to give a call to Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services and found their prices to be better. Also their representative was very patient and he took his time to thoroughly explain the procedures. We decided to give cosmopolitan a chance and now very happy that we did that. We ended up purchasing Furnace, A/C and tankless water heater. Greg and Utvan were very efficient and knowledgeable at their job. During the installation we were visited by the Sale Rep and company's Installation supervisor. We are very happy with the professional practices of cosmopolitan mechanical. Keep on doing the good job guys.
