I wanted to tell you that reason I came to your store, and felt comfortable to drop $3100 within a half hour was because of the service I've received. No slick talking appliance sales guys. Believe me I've talked to quite a few! The feeling talking to you and Fred- who made the sale was twofold: sincerity and knowledge. Plus the effort - explaining things, taking time to answer emails on your part and the time Fred took and his amazing product knowledge. I had previously bought my appliances primarily at Trail over the years but liked their 'showmanship' less and less. You've got a new fan - this is where I'll come when we upgrade the other appliances in the house. We don't need to shop around anymore.
