We moved house and needed extensive work to rehabilitate a crumbling set of exterior steps. We got quotes from several contractors. Suggestions ranged from, "stick some new parging over the cracks" to "you have to remove the whole staircase and start again." Damion provided a really thoughtful approach. He quoted an excellent price, explained exactly what he could do, how he would do the work and what the result would be. He then gave us a carefully itemized budget, which he stuck to. The work was carried out meticulously. The stairs look beautiful, are fully repaired and waterproofed and we feel confident that we have a product that will last for years. If Eric promises that you will have a dry basement, you will have a dry basement when he has completed the work. He comes when he says he will, does the work, his team cleans up at the end of every day and they ensure that there is minor disruption.
