We recently had our sundeck rebuilt by Ken and his crew. As the deck was an integral part of our house structure, we used the process of a building permit. Ken was very patient and helpful in all the various stages leading up to startup. The job was completed on time and within quotation guidelines. The construction detail work passed the inspections of a structural engineer and city building inspectors. Ken's communication skills and desire to please us were beyond reproach. The construction site was very organized and on completion spotless. Our new deck and rails look fabulous. We're thrilled!
