Painting for living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms
Stepping into the store, Finer Edge was great, gave lots of great advice on color combination with the new hardwood. We decided to go with them because of all the great reviews and the overall job completed was great! We got 4 different colors but the painting job was consistent. Would definitely recommend.
Floating Hardwood Installation
Homestars has some great reviews of the top hardwood companies in GTA, however these top stores are great in person but because I believe they are so busy they do not give you the best prices upfront, takes a little bit of emailing haggling, etc. However at Markham Flooring we got pretty decent prices originally and then it was further reduced, also they are authorized dealer for Mirage so we got the $10/box rebate as well. Richard was great on the phone and through email, so you can always catch him either way. They use an external vendor for installs which was great, they installed a floating mirage lock in my 600 sq ft condo in 1 day, they even got the hardwood super close to my floor to ceiling windows, looks awesome! Only thing I can say is that they didn't have a vacum or any professional cleaning stuff to clean up after, there was a lot of dust and I was scared it was permanent however with own high powered vacum I got everything out and it looked amazing. Mirage is a great product.
