This job could have been big or little. Yuriy came out very quickly after we discovered water on the floor of a basement kitchen. He explored several possibilities. Luckily, the culprit turned out to be a pinhole in a pipe and he fixed it expeditiously. He has done several jobs for us in the past and we rely on him completely. Yuriy is a man who can see through problems basically on the spot. We're looking forward to having Yuriy come back to do other specialized work on our plumbing issues.

Our Samsung oven suddenly stopped working properly. It took two hours to heat up to 300 degrees. We were anxious because we had a dinner party planned in a few days. Atiar at High Tech was a great choice. He came over within a few hours of our phone call and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was courteous, friendly and professional.
