Over the course of 5 days, we had 21 windows installed plus one exterior door and two patio doors installed. From the very beginning, Jeremy was very professional in quoting our job, as well as very thorough in describing the superiority of their product and knowledgeable installers, The installers were also excellent. Carl, Corey, Jacob, Derek and Jay did an excellent job every day. They were very professional, clean, and even humorous! They kept me up to date on their plan and progress each day. They addressed all of my concerns, no matter how minor. Even after Jacob's severe injury, they managed to bring in additional help and complete the job in good time. They used drop sheets throughout the entire house to ensure cleanliness. They even vacuumed areas afterwards. They did such a great job that even our neighbours will be using them for their entire house of windows to be installed. Thanks so much!

I had 3 ceiling fans installed because I was unsure of proper BC electrical code and wanted to be sure it was done correctly, Wenner returned my call quickly and scheduled the job in good time as well. The installers were polite, and clean. However, the final pricing in the end needed to be corrected as it did not match what was originally quoted to me, so it was a bit cumbersome to have to argue the necessary correction. Other than that, great service.

I needed my computer set up and Future Shop did a great job. They only took a day to do it, were very professional and walked me through what they did, specifically. When I had questions later after having picked it up, they were very easy to contact and answered all my questions politely. Aaron and Robin are fantastic!
