It has always been a dream that once we bought our first home we would install a hot tub. No one tells you exactly how much a new home will cost so our budget was very strict but we desperately wanted a salt water system. After looking around we heard about the Mermaid spa blow out sale and thought we would check it out. At the warehouse we met with Phil Morneault whom desperately tried to get us a Salt water system in our budget but the last model had been sold. After the weekend Phil called us back to give us the good news that one had become available. YEAH!!
After giving the deposit we were all set to go but as Murphy's Law goes both our washer and dryer broke the next day killing our dreams of buying the hot tub. We called Phil to give him the bad news but he spoke with the executives at Mermaids and they kindly reduced the price enough to help us afford both.
Phil helped us with everything from referring a friendly and prompt Electrician to personally coming over and helping install the cover and explain how to operate the Hot tub. During the personal visit, Phil noticed that our lights were not turning on properly and had a service tech come out to repair the issue within the hour.
We are so thrilled with our new hot tub and none of it would have been possible without Phil and his team at Mermaids Pools and Hot Tubs.
