I had only met John once when he serviced my own furnace and air conditioner. My elderly parents who live in Scarborough had no heat one cold night. I called John and he immediately went to fix their furnace, it was almost midnight! Thanks so much John we really appreciated your topnotch service!

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
John educates his clients. You need to service your furnace and air conditioner every two years the same you would do for your own car. Don't wait until the furnace shuts down to call someone over. Be proactive and save a lot of money at the same time.
