We recently purchased a rental property and hired Jay and his team to repaint the house and do some minor repairs. I can’t emphasize enough what a pleasure it was to work with Jay! From beginning to end, his professionalism and strong project management skills were evident. We had scheduled work to begin immediate following our closing date, however our closing date was delayed. Jay was extremely understanding of the last minute change, and was able to skillfully manage his crew’s workload to accommodate our new timelines. Midway through the project, we also broadened the scope of work to include some kitchen renovations (new floors, countertop and backsplash). Again, these changes were gracefully accommodated. The scheduling and coordination of the various aspects of the project were seamless (i.e. painting, repair work, plumbing, flooring, countertop, etc). Further, throughout the entire project, communication with Jay was a breeze — communication was clear, responses were quick, and follow-up was reliable! The quality of work also exceeded our expectations. All of the work completed by Jay and his team was beautifully done! And after completing the work, Jay’s team left the house spotless. After the work was complete, our rental ad generated tremendous interest and we had a lease signed within just a few days. I’m sure the ease with which we were able to rent the property was largely a result of the high quality work completed by Jay and his team.
