Pollard Windows and Doors supplied the items mentioned. The door sill was ordered as handicapped and was supplied as requested. After installation it was found to leak into the structure during a rain storm. Upon further review it was apparent that the sill was installed backwords. It has been in excess of 5 weeks (Sept 28) since this was reported to Pollard for review and I am presently on ignore. All I have requested is for a representative to come to the area and inspect the problem. I have been told that It is impossible to have been done wrong and that should I proceed to alter the existing the warranty will be void. What warranty and or service. UPDATE: Shortly after writing the initial review Pollard representatives called me and made an appointment to review the problem. The reps did discover that the sill in question was installed improperly as was originally stated. they were helpful to offer to replace what ever parts were necessary to correct the problem and or send their service people to adjust the sill to level. In this application that would not have solved the entire problem. After looking into several alternatives a difference style sill was far more practical. Upon receipt of the new sill and after installation by us as the contractor, several days later the customer had a severe rain storm and had no water penetration as previous. Have advised pollard that the problem has been resolved.

Upon sending a representative to investigate we have discovered that we did manufacture this door system with our standard door frame that works with our standard door sill, rather than the frame designed to work with a low profile sill. We are working with this customer to arrive at a solution that works best in this application.
