Fecri and staff were awesome. Even with a sore foot he showed up because we had a time crunch. They were prompt and kept in touch the whole time letting you know when they were arriving. Communication was great. The carpets never looked so good. They did a wonderful job...very pleased. You won't be disappointed!

Fecri was excellent. Very knowledgeable, reliable, responsible and friendly. We had our sectional and ottoman cleaned as our dog had urinated on it a few times...she is getting old. He also did an enzyme treatment on it to help with the smell. It smelt wonderful. It looks brand new. I would definitely use him again...hopefully not for the same couch.
