Jeff did a thorough assessment of possible sources of water. Found that pipes were not the cause of the problem, inspected the roof and eavestroughs and pointed out the source. He also tested the top floor radiator in my house which doesn't work, and found that one of the pipes in the heating system needs replacement. His detective work pointed me in the right direction to solving both problems, and gave me good advice on how to avoid overcharging when the work is done by appropriate companies. If I have any plumbing problem in the future I would call him right away.
