Reg helped my wife and I find a bed that comfortable and satisfactory to both of us. He asked us various questions of our sleeping habits and recommeded beds to try and ones to avoid. He steered us away from the cheap beds and also the expensive adjustable pressure beds. Reg's humour, product knowledge and patience with customers make him a good sales rep.
