We called in the morning and was able to get an appointment a few hours later. Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable; he took the time to explain the problem with the type of unit we have and what to look for in our next purchase. Would deal with the company again.
We were very impressed with the excellent service provided by Scott Rogers. It was late on a Friday evening, 1/2 hour before closing and needed help with choosing appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher). Really appreciated the time that Scott took to explain the various pros and cons of the various brands, while being mindful of our budget. No pressure to choose more expensive models, he was very patient with our questions, even though it was close to closing. And best of all, CAS provided the lowest prices compared to the other 2 big retailers. Would definitely recommend Scott and CAS!
