What can I say about Ilir? Nothing but good things. I bought a renovated house and the home inspection had noted some loose flashing on the roof. Ilir came by and told me the roof itself was done extremely poorly and the shingles and flat roof would need to be replaced. I had a few other opinions and the consensus was the same. Ilir offered the most reasonable quote and he was prompt in his timing. I finished the job over 2 seasons and I have confidence that I wont run into a leak or any major problems. I appreciate his transparency and not upcharging me for things that werent necessary to be completed.

Tolga was great, very responsive. Came to patch up some stucco. Very receptive to feedback and, most importantly, very honest and hard working. Did not over charge and very receptive to ensuring he did the job to the customers needs. Highly recommend

Easy to communicate with, Charles was exceptional - quick and efficient. Did measurements, communicated with Michael the owner and on the day of installation everything was done super smoothly. Highly recommend. Addendum: they were also quite receptive in fixing a small issue with the blinds about 1 year after I got them. I was appreciative of that!

Amir and co. did a solid job. They painted the bathroom and an accent wall. They also connected me with a wallpaper specialist who did a terrific job for the bathroom.

Very impressed by Mystic! Timely responses, called me and arranged to get a crew to come and assess the area within 2 days of me making a request. Chevy and team were great, they assessed it thoroughly and gave me a quote on the spot. On the day of, they arrived and worked hard through the day to get the job done. They dug down by hand and showed me each step as they did it. I would highly recommend them and I'm bringing them back to do the rest of the house!

Igor and his team were professionals to deal with. After my initial request, he was prompt in meeting me and discussing the details of the project. It took about 4-5 weeks for the door to come in. His installers came in and replaced the door, re-caulked the front and patio doors and changed the locks. They were prompt and provided exactly what we negotiated.

Tom is nothing short of professional + thorough. Provides a detailed explanation of all items in the inspection, takes time ensure fine details are not missed. Edit: 1 year after the inspection, I noted that a few things were missed in the inspection. The exterior waterproofing was not done properly and I think Tom missed that because he assumed it had been looking at the membrane sticking up out of the ground. Unfortunately, it wasn't done properly at all and I ended up having to hire a company to waterproof the entire side of the house. Similarly the roof had major issues that were missed. I think the limitations of the camera are highlighted by this. Tom himself was great to work with but I think the inspection missed some major issues.
