So got an impact crack in my Toyota Sienna windshield. Called around and these guys had among the lowest prices (couldn't believe Speedy Glass which initially quoted me $800 !!!). Then looked at the reviews. Nothing on HS but lots and lots on happy customers on Google. My experience? Outstanding service. Would recommend these guys without hesitation. When I initially called Marty, I gave him the wrong details about my windshield and so when he showed up on Friday (he makes house calls! Literally!) and pointed this out - saying he needs to come back with a different windshield - he didn't charge me a cent for what was my mistake, came back on Monday and installed the right one. Came when he said he would, charged me what he said he would and did the work promised. 3 month manufactures warranty on glass and lifetime warranty against leaks. Very happy customer!

We gave Dave Saunders at Paramount Pest Control a call to deal with a mouse infestation. Not only did he come prepared to deal with the problem and explained what the process was, he also took us around the exterior of our house and showed us where the mice could be getting into the house. As if that was not enough, he spent a significant time looking at the insulation in our basement, showing us where these critters have set up residence for years (!) - obvious once you know what to look for (urine, feces, seeds, tunnels) - which was completely missed by our home inspector when we bought the house a few months ago (which will be the subject of separate conversation). While these facts were not pleasant it did give us the knowledge to start planning remediation - otherwise our very young children may have become exposed to mice feces - quite dangerous. Dave was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced - highly recommended.

Having taken three quotes, I was impressed with O'Reilly Bros right from the get go. The salesman, Chris, appeared more knowledgeable and thorough than the reps from the other two companies. We already had Cellulose Fibre insulation and Chris explained why blowing more of the same would be better than adding fibreglass, for example. He also was the only one to propose replacing the existing bathroom fan air ducts with insulated flexpipe in order to reduce condensation. We had also asked that existing insulation be pulled back from soffits and new soffit baffles be installed. The crew showed up on time and finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. I took a look into our attic before they left and to my inexperienced eyes, the work appeared to have been done and done well. I paid by credit card over the phone the same day. What really pushes this company over the top for me was actually what happened next. The day following the work, I noticed that one of the bathroom fans was not sucking air. I gave Chris a call and explained the problem. Without being defensive at all he simply stated that he would arrange for a different crew to come out and take a look at the problem. They came when he said they would and immediately identified the problem, inadvertently caused by the previous team, and fixed it. Keep in mind here that I had already paid for the work in full. Any company which does great work and then stands behind that work is well deserving of a 10/10 rating. Very well done. Kudos to Chris and his colleagues at O'Reilly Bros.
