After noticing some water in our basement, I called a few contracts. Daniel at Pristine got back to me within a few minutes and was able to come my house that afternoon. After using the underground camera he was able to detect the problems. First there was a break in the pipe and secondly a few blockages. He showed me the camera and you could see the water was not flowing. We decided to go with Pristine because of the strong reviews and on Monday morning they started the work. With an added drain connected to the drain tile, the broken pipe replaced and 2 blockages the job was completed the next morning. The invoice was the quoted price with no surprises. They cleaned up the area well. We would definitely use Pristine again.
