I waited a good 10 days before I started writing this review because I didn't want my review to be biased by my anger rather than directed by my experience. These guys were prompt to visit my house for an estimate and came to work the very next day and started working at 1 after arriving at 10 (they said they will come at 8). They hired a bin without a permit and got the stone delivered to my house and asked the delivery guy to dump it on the boulevard (city property). The city got involved and issued notices to me. Then they scratched my neighbor's shared driveway and got into an altercation with him, who called the cops. They would never come before 11-12 o clock and never work for more than 3-4 hours a day. The only good thing I can probably say about these guys is that they seem to have used a decent amount of material. Apart from that, it has been a nightmare. I had to fire them and hire Interloc Kings (rated 10 on Homestars) and finish the job. They left a mess where they worked and also trespassed on my property when were not at home (to collect their tools which they had stored in my backyard) and didn't even apologize for that. They are a bunch of fly by night operator with an impressive website...that's all. Hire them if you want to get ripped off. The thing I totally disliked about them is : they would tell you a time and not show up anytime close to it e.g. They will say that they'll be coming at 9 and they'll show up at 1 if you are lucky. Most days they would not show up at all! They don't answer your calls once you start questioning them. They blame each other for delays. They drank on my property (front yard - I found the bottles later). They don't take care of your property or your neighbor's property and won't hesitate to get into a fight with them.

I was literally rescued by Roger and his team after going through 2 fly by night operators who would come, take some advance, do a little bit of the work and then just refuse to show up for days. I learnt my lesson, fired them and contacted Roger and he came down and gave me a very fair estimate for the job which was partially done (with questionable quality though). The corrected the problems and finished the job in 3 days which was lingering for over a month. The crew was always on time, hard working, cheerful and cleaned up really well after themselves. The result was fantastic and the neighbors have not been stingy with their appreciation :) Maybe it was just a job for Roger but it was definitely an end of a nightmare for me. The best thing that I liked about the company is they are professionals, true to their word, very accommodating and took time to explain to me at every step, what they are doing and why. Hire them.. and you'll not regret it for a second.
