This is the 3rd time that we've contacted Tom to repair and replace locks in our home. As always, he is extremely reliable, professional, honest and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and strongly advise people to disregard the nasty and completely unfair comments made by Krista from Leslieville. I am a woman and Tom has never made me feel uncomfortable. I find him completely trustworthy, both professionally and as a person.

Naail and his team are a breath of fresh air in the construction industry. Not only are they true craftsmen, ensuring that every detail is done perfectly, they are also aware of something called customer service. Their politeness and attentiveness have made the project run smooth and without any trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I will certainly contact them again for other projects.

Although we had a rough start due to a project manager that wasn't up to the task, Adam quickly corrected the issue and assigned to us the best of his team. The work was completed on time, it was well done and all the people involved were very professional and attentive. After the work was completed, some minor details still needed to be addressed. We have no complaints regarding the follow-up they did on them.

Shane is a perfectionist. The doors that he built and installed for us more than exceeded our expectations. They are a great piece of workmanship. Not only did he follow the design that we gave him without the traditional "cutting-corners" that we are (unfortunately) so used to in the construction business, he also made improvements on it. I have no problem in recommending him to anyone.
