Upon arrival, Chris asked if i had any concerns, went over the entire system, adjusting heads for accuracy, and checking for any repairs. He was very professional, polite and did a great job. From the moment I entered the showroom to the install crew leaving my home, changing out all the window in my home was an amazing experience. The salesman was well informed, gave me great suggestions on changing some windows to obscure glass to let in more natural light. Explaining the product and what to expect with timelines and install was very helpful. The install crew worked as a team to get the old windows out and the new ones in level, centered with attention to detail on the casing install. It has made such a difference to the whole look of the house inside and out, I am thrilled!! Thank you.
