I hired Jeff to do an electrical service upgrade at my home. I needed more power in the garage to run my air compressor, and my existing panel was nearly at capacity. Jeff swapped out the 100 amp panel for a new 200 amp unit. He cleaned up a bunch of sloppy wiring around the panel, and ran a new 40A feed to my garage workshop. He took care of the co-ordination with Hydro, and the service mast upgrade that was required. Everything was done in day, albeit a long one. I definitely would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a competent, and extremely knowledgeable electrician.

I hired Matt of Home Climate pro to repair an air conditioner line, and recharge the system a 2 months ago. Matt was prompt to book in the repair. Over the phone, the price was estimated at $500-600. Matt was unable to complete the work in one service visit, and said his scheduler would call me in the evening to book a time in the next day or two to wrap things up.I confirmed with Matt at this point, that the repair was still going to be between $500-600. His scheduler finally called me several days later to book an appointment. Matt was unable to show up at the scheduled time, and called me to reschedule. Matt did ultimately come back to finish, and I have no issues with the workmanship to date. The bill came in at $710, with no communication from Matt as to why an increase in price. Coles notes version - The repair was dragged out over more than a week, and the bill came in high. Ultimately, this company needs to work on communication, and not make promises it cant keep. I have no issues with the work Matt did, just the poor communication.
