My water heater was not working since yesterday, I phone reliance and they send a technician oday, Technician Amir did an awesome job! After finishing, he also explained to me what to do if it happens again.

Air Conditioner and Furnace Installation
Hey all, I just wanted to take a few minutes to go over some of the things that I really appreciated from this firm. First and foremost Timothy did a very well walk-through of the whole installation process and educated me in terms of how the whole system will operate. I had told him that was not necessary and just wanted the price but then I realized that it was very helpful. It allowed me to learn about my house and the benefits towards the upgrades that was done. Another thing that I want to mention is the technician. I have installed my units about two and a half weeks ago and everything is perfect. Everything turned out to be the way it should be. Timothy even called me about a week after the installation just to follow-up to see if everything was doing okay. The service speed of this company is very fast, technicians showed up on time, and the quality of the work was outstanding! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to install a new A/C or Furnace. And just to share some information with you guys, you might be eligible for government rebates too which will also save some costs!! Overall, a great experience. Charlene
