I have been using Multi-Line Services for almost 20 years for: vacant house cleaning, window cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning, carpet re-stretching & repair; & water damage restoration at my Mom's house on more than one occasion. I am always impressed by the quality of the work and the fairness of the price. Gord is very personable & conscientious to detail, plus offers valuable suggestions with regards to cleaning frequency and maintenance of my carpets.

Maid of All Work is my 3rd cleaning company for regular cleaning of my home. The first moved away, & the quality of the second became abysmal, so I have some perspective. Maid Of All Work does a great job of taking care of my cleaning and household needs. Maid of All Work's approach is not cookie-cutter. When quoting the job, Caroline took note of the particulars that were important to me. I love how shiny & clean my home is after Sarah & her team finish! Kitchen and bathrooms sparkle, the floors are shiny, and the cat fur is gone from the floors and furniture. Occasionally a few small things have been missed, but it's nothing I can't easily take care of myself. The team is always pleasant and respectful. Debbie in the office is a pleasure to deal with, and I appreciate the email the day before letting me know what time to expect them. Having Mike available to do odd jobs such as window cleaning, painting, caulking, & picture hanging is a bonus.

Caroline has exceeded my expectations for helping me organize my home & my life. Her recommendations have made a profound change in the flow of my home, and were easy to implement and maintain. As a coach, she is brilliant & intuitive in catching the way my thoughts and beliefs block me from moving forward. Caroline is passionate and compassionate about helping others, and I am grateful for her supportive influence.

While the cost seems steep, it was well worth the price! John the Consultant fully explained the test procedures & sensor equipment so you can see what they are checking, and trust the report. I was surprised to find that a high number of switches and outlets were arcing or not grounded, even though they were only a few years old. (Cheaper bulk quantities were purchased and I won't do that again.) The same electrician did the inspection & repair. I am more confident that nothing is unsafe behind my walls, and appreciate the generous warranty. I would also like to add that I worked for Birnie Electric 20 years ago, so knew they were trustworthy.

I received courteous & prompt service & my toilet works again. However, I thought the quote was high, but did not have time to get a second opinion & needed a working toilet. AFTER the job was completed I was advised not to pay any more money on repairs as it was showing it's 20-year age. I would have replaced the toilet if I knew this before they did the work. Feel like I was ripped off. Today I received a follow-up call and have asked for someone to contact me. It may change my opinion.
