Can't say enough about this company! A great experience from start to finish. Our first contact was with Jennifer in the office who was friendly, professional and very accommodating. We set up an appointment with Andy to come out and look at the work needed. He was on time (unlike the other company we had quote) knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. We were planning on upgrading from 100 to 200 amp which was advised by a friend but Andy assured us that this was overkill and not necessary. His honest advise was refreshing in a world where everyone is always trying to "upsell". Although the quoted price was higher than his competitor, it was fair, ]professional and had a better warranty. Overall we felt far more comfortable with Rand for the job. Their electrician Shane who performed the work was awesome! He was on time, polite and very personable. His work was top notch and when he left the area was cleaner than when he got there!. He even wore covers over his boots to protect our floors. They also took care of the permit and arrangements with hydro. We've had many trades in our home over the years and these guys stood above the crowd. I've already referred them to my sister for her panel and would recommend them to anyone else needing electrical work. They are our go to electricians from now on!
