We had a sprinkler system installed from another company last year. The system has never worked properly from day 1, when I called the company that installed it they told me that I needed 4 new heads and a new valve. I was very disappointed considering we just bought the system last year. I decided to call another company to get another opinion. When I called Urban I spoke with Vince. I briefly explained the problem I was having and we setup a day for him to come by. When he came over he spent about 30min and figured out the issues. There were rocks in one of the valves, 3 kinked pipes and a few heads had dirt in them. After he was done fixing these issues and setting up all the heads the system worked AMAZING!
