Elba may be the one of the less costly choices out there but you will definitely pay in the long run. The quality of the Sunview Patio Doors is terrible. The windows are incredibly drafty since they don't close properly. The installation is so shoddy that when the temperature changes the doors and windows crack loudly even after three years of settling. The Sunview Patio Door locking mechanism failed within weeks of installation. After repeated attempts to contact Elba and have them repair the lock they have never made an appearance at any of the scheduled appointments. Now they just don't answer the phone when we call. After three years of trying to resolve this issue with Elba Windows & Doors we finally contacted Sunview Patio Doors. Their response - "we aren't affiliated with Elba, they just purchase and sell our products". Save yourself thousands of dollars and a mountain of grief. Go elsewhere because whatever you think you will save - you will definitely pay later.
