I arrived home at 9pm on a holiday Monday to a basement with 3" of water-totally flooded!! I called Avery Karney of Yorkville Carpet Care and he responded immediately and arrived at my home within 30 minutes. WOW. Since my business is in my basement I was concerned that not only would I be out of work for the week but I would have to replace the carpet in the entire basement. With his quick response time he was able to save my carpet and prevent me from incurring the cost of re placing it. As well, he was at my home daily to move the fans around and making sure that every area was dry and going according to plan. To finish off his staff cleaned the carpet.
