I used Niagara Service Experts Heating & Air for my furnace maintenance and I couldn't be happier. I used another company, a well known Niagara company, that was always trying to sell me something. After using Service Experts, I loved it. Made recommendations for better maintenance, told me what was working well, and what to be on the watch for down the road. Very friendly, very professional. I would say to anyone tired of high pressure sales tactics of things you don't need, to try these guys.

I have been on the One Hour maintenance plan for several years and every time we have a technician out for our yearly tune up, they are always professional, courteous and assess and adjust our furnace to run in optimal conditions. My furnace is still running strong after 24 years. My neighbours who are not on a maintenance plan are on their 3rd furnace!!!!Couldn't be happier! Way to go One Hour!!!
