I heard scratching and terrible noises at around 1:00 this am. I was convinced it was a racoon and looked up help...thankfully Josh from SOS wildlife calmed me down, got me an appt for the same day and set my expectations on what the appointment would entail. Sherwin arrived on time and walked me through all the details, he confirmed it was squirrels and not a racoon. Once i agreed on th approach, he set up his equipment and went to work. He explained that the work was guaranteed and let me know that if the noises persist after 2 weeks to call him and he will come back out. I was very impressed and appreciated the step by step explainations. Thank u SOS wildlife !
