Dodds installed a new garage door back in the Spring/Summer of 2008 and they did a pretty good job, but their after service needs a major overhauling. When the door was installed one of the window inserts was warped and had to be replaced and we called right away. 3 service calls and 10 months later they replaced it. Everytime a service person showed up they were given the wrong information and said they would be back and then never showed. The funny thing is they were all very nice and apologetic but the problem never resolved and the funny thing is that they still were not paid for the product and we had this much trouble, I can only imagine if they had already been paid.
