We have had Valentin do a few jobs for us .... from sump pump installation, pipe repair and toilet repairs, to today's toilet and faucet fix. He is very responsive, reliable and we are very satisfied with the quality of work.

We called Enbridge late one night due to the smell of gas. Turns out there was a gas leak in our oven and no shut off valve for the oven. A few other issues were also uncovered and we had our gas shut off until a certified contractor could come and make the repairs (i.e. no hot water, no stove). Pete called us back promptly; he was very clear about when he could come (same day), and what it would cost. He also helped us out by recommending contractors that could address our furnace issues. Leak is fixed, new shut off installed, plus furnace capped. He addressed the Red Tag issues and mailed them back to Enbridge and we now have access to hot water and oven. So thankful. Pete is thorough, punctual and clear about price/options, plus really helpful (intros to furnace contractors). So glad we had him come by and will definitely be contacting him again (if needed).

We've used GTA Wildlife Removal & Pest Control a few times and if we ever have an issue, I wouldn't hesitate to reach back out to them. We first met Kevin when we discovered some mice in our home - he responded to our phone call in a really timely manner, arranged to come by and arrived on time. His price and guarantee of services was very fair (we had called around so knew what to expect). Kevin was clear about what he was doing (and why), aware that we have dogs (so planned accordingly) and was both pleasant and professional. Mice problem solved! When the Toronto flood destroyed out basement and the contractors stopped work because of cockroaches - we didn't hesitate to contact Kevin again. He came really quickly (to keep our reno moving forward) and again was on time and professional. Cockroach problem solved! So... when a raccoon got into our garage, we didn't hesitate to reach back out to GTA Wildlife. This time Troy came by. He came as planned, he addressed the issue, didn't do any unnecessary steps and solved our raccoon issue. Raccoon is no longer in our garage - problem solved! Given we've experienced a good portion of the Toronto wildlife in our home, we've had nothing but positive experiences with Kevin and Troy at GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control. We wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if need be, and would highly recommend them to anyone with a wildlife or pest problem.
