I'm more than a little late writing this review, but back in Feb of this year, Paul and his team came to clean our dryer vent. Quick, clean, professional and friendly! The guys told us exactly what they were doing at each step and even sent a camera into the vent to show us the before and after view. All in all, a fantastic experience. Fast forward to November, the vent cover on the exterior of the house was coming loose (not their fault, builder did a sloppy installation). We called Paul to ask about it and he came by two days later to help fix it up, and didn't charge us at all. Thank you Paul for taking the time to come up and help us out!

The Pro-Loc team is definitely one of the best companies out there. On top of quality workmanship, they also have a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner that makes all the difference. Bill, Alex and their team completed their work in a span of three days. Afterwards, all of our neighbours marvelled not only at the final product, but the speed at which they worked and the cleanliness of the worksite thereafter. Tyler from the Pro-Loc team came by to do some additional work for us and though he's a young guy, he exhibited the same professionalism as we saw with Bill and Alex. It's obvious that the team is very well run and you can tell everyone takes pride in their work. Thank you Pro-Loc for a job well done.

The motor on our water heater was making a strange noise. We called Reliance and a technician was sent out within a day. The technician (Joe Green) called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and what he was seeing, as he ran his diagnostics. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated this, as I felt involved and was able to learn something new.
