Milani's Mattia provided an excellent response. He investigated the issue, recommended a solution and resolved it. Previously, I had called a different plumbing company at first, and they looked at the water leaking and said it was my roof that was leaking and that I should call a roofer. I then called Milani, and Mattia verified that it wasn't the roof and traced the source of the leak. Very satisfied with Milani. Mattia was professional and thourogh. I wasted my money on that first plumbing company.

Kiran came by to provide an estimate of the work to install an outlet in the bathroom. He gave some good advice about having the cabinet replaced before the electrical work is done instead of after so that I don't have to have the electrical work redone. Also I would save money on the electrical work without the cabinet in the way.

JMT Roofing did an excellent job. They were able to completely replace the gutters at my house in just one day. The team was professional and friendly. I felt that I could trust them. I didn't have to do anything. Once they were doing the gutters they suggested that they could clean the moss off the roof. I got a great discount for that since they were there on the roof already. And after they were done they cleaned everything up so that I didn't have to do any cleaning. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
