We went to the store back in August 2008 to purchase a sofa and was told it will take about 3-4 months to get it. Long story short it took 5 mths to get in to store... They called us asap to schedule the delivery. We requested to have it deliver on a sunday afterenoon. We we're told that it will arrive between the hours of 12-4 pm (usual waiting time). After a long months of waiting for our sofa - finally the delivery guy came in at 7pm - that's right - they came in at 7:00pm. What happened to the 12-4 schedule like we we're promised - we don't know???... We didn't even receive any phone calls to let us know that they we're going to be late. We did try to call the store several times to check in the status and the only reposnse we get is "they will arrive when they arrive". I asked them how come you told us that it will be between those time and it's now 4:45 and they still not here... They said that "they are on the way" BS! Anyways, not only the store employee was unhelpful to us, the delivery man was also irrogant and rude to us... When I asked him why he was late he told me that "that I should call the store (again)and ask why he was late". I finally gave up and stop asking him questions - instead I just ask him to bring up the sofa... He didn't have any helper with him, instead my husband had to help him carry the sofa in to our place... Good one hah!!! Not only that, just before he leaves he actually asked us for "TIP and WATER"... I cannot beleive was I was hearing when he said that - instead I just ignored him and instead my husband gave him 2 bottles of water - Yes, he did asked for 2... So the question is, are we going back or are we going go recommend the store - the answers is "NO". I don't think it's worth it to wait for a piece of furniture for 5 months and to be treated like that... :(
