Randy was excellent. He did a complete exterior and interior inspection of our property and accessible areas of our attic. He ruled out various rodents and concluded it was mice. At no extra cost, he added more pellets to try to eliminate our problem. He also did a good job of closing up a hole in our soffit which we have had for many years. Guarantee on the work was also a plus. Fair price for the service.

Fast service. Even faster to take my money. Called immediately as I pressed send on Homestars request. Arrived quickly and provided quote. Noticed Visa charge the same night for full charge and did not even have an appointment for repair. Called and they were aware that full charge had gone through. Markup for parts is too high. Asked them to check price and did not hear back. Recommend getting other quotes before proceeding with this company. No written quote or itemized invoice provided. Asked for replaced parts and was refused.

Rapaired a poorly installed furnace put in by another company 3 years ago when we did renovations. Navien all in one system which some other companies wouldn't even look at to service. Kim at the head office was amazing she understood our frustration with the system and made it a priority to get it resolved. Our hot water in the system failed and we were only getting a 2 minute shower. Their team came on Thursday and Friday to trouble shoot communicating back and forth with Navien head office. They had to turn our whole system off because it was unsafe. No heat so they provided us with electric heaters and got approval from Navien to provide us with a new furnace under the warranty and the team came back on Sunday because we had no heat or hot water. They honored the price they gave us to fix the unit even though it was a full new install and not an easy job. They arrived just after 9 a.m. and worked until 4. The happy result is everything is working again. We have confidence that this team actually knows what they are doing. They had no issue with installing a Navien system. We feel that they were fair in pricing and very professional throughout. It is nice to finally deal with a company that we feel will stand by their work and have an excellent reputation for a reason.

Our carpets were well overdue for cleaning after about 5 years of daily wear and tear, a renovation and a dog who had been sick on it several times. On the off change, I phoned on a Sunday to see if I could schedule anything the following Monday or Tuesday. I received an e-mail and call right away. An appointment was available on the Tuesday. I received another confirmation call the day before with the time adjusted slightly. The day of I received 2 more confirming calls to move the appointment up in time which was fine with me. Dalton and partner were professional, fast and did a very good job. They explained why some marks on the border of the runner could not be removed due to wear and tear. Otherwise all of the stubborn stains were removed. They gave me a bottle of their branded spot remover free of charge as well as booties to wear until the carpet dries. I was happy with the results and service.

We found this company on HomeStar. They returned our call promptly to set a time to come out to do an estimate. Another company we called would only estimate over the phone. Nice guy came to do the estimate. Fair price. The only negative was they were very busy and had to reschedule within a few days twice. Work was performed by an expert craftsman. Neat and old world techniques were used from years of experience. The 5 year warranty was also highly impressive. We would definitely recommend this company.
