So far so good! Dealt with Dave over the phone, agreed on the price, there were some delays in the process caused by weather and work load, and a bit of haggling over additional work. Dave and Alan were communicative throughout and ultimately did, based on my limited experience, a very good job.
These guys did a very good job, they explained to me all the ins and outs of the fix and what are my options to do it for a reasonable price. Did not push for an expensive solution and they did a good job to fix the damage. John is a very nice guy, I enjoyed talking with him during the time his crew was on site to do the work.

Yuri from Home Inspections 4U was very professional and explained everything to me. I got a premium inspection package from him that included a thermal scan of the house. As I am very familiar with this technology, I was pleasantly surprised by the way Yuri conducted the scan. He pointed out all the benefits of doing such a scan and he conducted multiple scans, warm and cold, and from inside and outside. This offers a much better view of what is really going inside the walls and gives you an idea about the quality of the windows and frames.
