Paramount was great and really fixed the problem. Here's the story: It was mid day on a Sunday when I called Paramount. Dave answered the phone and listened to my story: My wife saw a mouse and was freaking out. The kids were a bit scared and the cat was meowing and pacing. A few hours later Dave was at my house talking to both my wife and I. Dave's use of humour is reassuring and did a lot to calm my family down. Furthermore he really listened to our questions and waited until we finished talking before providing a thorough answer. As we would expect Dave set traps in the kitchen and our basement ceiling. It was impressive when he asked to see the rest of our basement and took a close look at the insulation where he identified mouse "paths". Then he set traps that only a licensed professional can use. We thought Dave was done when he looked at the basement. Nope, he went up in our attic and set more traps that only a licensed professional can set. Then he went to the garage and did the same thing. Finally he sealed the mice entry where the AC line comes into the house. Only then did he consider his job finished. Dave's a real pro and great at customer service.
